Isaac Aboagye Mensah, a former employee of a Savings and Loans institution in Adum-Kumasi, has reportedly died in Ukraine after making the drastic decision to leave his banking career and enlist in the Russian army. 



According to information gathered, Isaac initially traveled to Qatar in 2022 to attend the World Cup and returned home after the event concluded. 



Following this trip, he journeyed to Russia, where he informed his family of his intention to join the Russian military alongside some Ghanaian colleagues.



After his enlistment, Isaac maintained regular communication with his family through WhatsApp. However, that communication abruptly ceased, leaving his loved ones concerned for his well-being.



 Recently, a Ghanaian colleague serving in the same unit as Isaac reached out to his family with distressing news: Isaac had died on the battlefield. 



The colleague reported that he succumbed to shock after witnessing the traumatic effects of war, particularly the suffering of victims caught in the conflict. Furthermore, the colleague mentioned that Isaac had been buried, providing a semblance of closure to his family.



Despite this information, Isaac&#8217;s family remains skeptical about the circumstances of his death. For the past seven months, they have not received any updates or confirmation, nor have they seen any remains to substantiate the claims made by his colleague. 



This uncertainty has left them in a state of distress and disbelief.In light of their ongoing concerns, the family is actively seeking assistance from relevant authorities to verify the situation. 



They hope to obtain official confirmation regarding Isaac&#8217;s fate and to address the ambiguity surrounding his reported death. As they grapple with this emotional turmoil, Isaac&#8217;s family continues to search for closure and clarity regarding his last moments.
