Renowned Ghanaian musician and political commentator Kwame Asare popularly known as APlus has ignited a heated debate with his recent statement regarding the ban of the Baba Yara stadium by CAF.  



In his remarks, APlus highlighted the government&#8217;s allocation of several million of dollars for printing tags and feeding athletes over a two-week period. “You have 4.5 million dollars to print 🖨 tags  and 15 million to feed athletes for two weeks, but you don&#8217;t have a stadium to play football” 



He pointed out the glaring absence of a stadium for football matches, questioning the priorities of the ruling government in managing resources effectively for the sports sector.



He further suggested that supporters of the NPP might need to hide their political preferences from their children, implying that their children might mistake their choices to be a form of mental health.



“If you want to vote for NPP this year, no problem. Just don&#8217;t let your children know. They will think you have mental health issues!” He stated.
