A Ghanaian court has sentenced Pastor Love, ex-husband of gospel musician Obaapa Christy, to four years in prison for defrauding a close friend.



According to GHPage, the incident occurred in 2017 when Pastor Love&#8217;s friend shipped a car to Ghana for him to sell on his behalf. However, the friend later changed his mind and instructed Pastor Love to hold off on the sale, intending to pick up the car personally upon arrival in Ghana.



Upon arrival, Pastor Love claimed the car had been sold, prompting his friend to take legal action. After years of deliberation, the court found Pastor Love guilty of scamming and deceit, leading to the four-year prison sentence.



The conviction highlights a shocking turn of events for Pastor Love, once closely associated with Ghana&#8217;s gospel music scene through his marriage to Obaapa Christy.
