MTN Ghana has reaffirmed its dedication to providing exceptional customer service through innovative technological solutions as part of the 2024 Customer Service Week celebrations. 



Chief Customer Relations Officer Jemima Kotei-Walsh shared this commitment in a statement that highlighted the week&#8217;s theme, “Above and Beyond.”



Kotei-Walsh emphasized the importance of embracing digital transformation and new technologies, including artificial intelligence and data-driven insights, to enhance customer experiences.







 “This year’s theme perfectly aligns with our evolving journey into the future of service,” she stated. “Our ability to adapt and innovate is crucial for delivering seamless, personalized, and innovative customer experiences.”



She also took the opportunity to commend all MTN Ghana staff for their contributions to exceptional customer service.



 “From our colleagues at the frontline to everyone supporting from behind the scenes, every effort you put in is critical in helping us deliver an exceptional experience to our valued customers,” Kotei-Walsh noted.



 She encouraged staff to use this week to recognize their hard work and focus on ways to continue leading in the digital era.



Over the years, MTN Ghana has introduced various innovations to enhance customer service, including Zigi (MTN Chatbot), additional Interactive Voice Response (IVR) self-service options, the MyMoMo app, and a comprehensive Help Center on the MTN website.



As the company continues to prioritize customer satisfaction, it aims to leverage technology to meet the evolving needs of its clients in an increasingly digital landscape.
