Bishop Elisha Salifu Amoako, the General Overseer of Alive Chapel International, and his wife, Mouha Amoako, have returned to court in a case involving their son, Elrad. 



The couple, along with their sales assistant, Linda Owusu-Bempah, face charges related to permitting an unlicensed driver to operate a vehicle.



During the court proceedings on October 30, Bishop Salifu requested an order to prevent the media and police from publishing images of their son, citing concerns for his privacy and well-being, especially as he is underage.







 This plea comes in the wake of a tragic accident in East Legon that resulted in the deaths of two teenagers, with Elrad being involved.



Elrad, who was declared unfit to appear in court due to injuries sustained in the incident, is currently recovering from serious injuries, including ankle dislocations, lacerations, and ligament tears. 



A recent medical report from the University of Ghana Medical Centre noted that he had been discharged on October 28 but has been advised to remain non-weight-bearing on his right leg, making him unable to undergo police interrogation at this time.



The couple’s legal team underscored the importance of protecting their son&#8217;s identity during this sensitive time, emphasizing the emotional toll the incident has taken on the family.
